kexec-tools: Use generic /proc/iomem code (x86_64) V2
This patch modifies the x86_64-specific code to use the new generic code.
Version 2 of this patch uses the newly renamed parse_iomem_single() function.
A bug was fixed in get_kernel_paddr too, now we return correctly.
