2024-12-04wifi: cfg80211: tests: Fix potential NULL dereference in ↵Zichen Xie
test_cfg80211_parse_colocated_ap() kunit_kzalloc() may return NULL, dereferencing it without NULL check may lead to NULL dereference. Add a NULL check for ies. 2024-12-02module: Convert symbol namespace to string literalPeter Zijlstra
Clean up the existing export namespace code along the same lines of commit 33def8498fdd ("treewide: Convert macro and uses of __section(foo) to __section("foo")") and for the same reason, it is not desired for the namespace argument to be a macro expansion itself. Scripted using git grep -l -e MODULE_IMPORT_NS -e EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS | while read file; do awk -i inplace ' /^#define EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS/ { gsub(/__stringify\(ns\)/, "ns"); print; next; } /^#define MODULE_IMPORT_NS/ { gsub(/__stringify\(ns\)/, "ns"); print; next; } /MODULE_IMPORT_NS/ { $0 = gensub(/MODULE_IMPORT_NS\(([^)]*)\)/, "MODULE_IMPORT_NS(\"\\1\")", "g"); } /EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS/ { if ($0 ~ /(EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS[^(]*)\(([^,]+),/) { if ($0 !~ /(EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS[^(]*)\(([^,]+), ([^)]+)\)/ && $0 !~ /(EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS[^(]*)\(\)/ && $0 !~ /^my/) { getline line; gsub(/[[:space:]]*\\$/, ""); gsub(/[[:space:]]/, "", line); $0 = $0 " " line; } $0 = gensub(/(EXPORT_SYMBOL_NS[^(]*)\(([^,]+), ([^)]+)\)/, "\\1(\\2, \"\\3\")", "g"); } } { print }' $file; done Requested-by: Masahiro Yamada <masahiroy@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Peter Zijlstra (Intel) <peterz@infradead.org> Link: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/2/#inbox/FMfcgzQXKWgMmjdFwwdsfgxzKpVHWPlc Acked-by: Greg KH <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
2024-02-02wifi: cfg80211: tests: verify BSS use flags of NSTR linksBenjamin Berg
Extend the test to pass an RNR appropriate for an NSTR and verify that use_for as well as cannot_use_reasons are set correctly. 2024-02-02wifi: cfg80211: add a kunit test for 6 GHz colocated AP parsingBenjamin Berg
Test a few things around parsing of 6 GHz colocated APs to e.g. ensure that we are not going to scan for a disabled (affiliated) AP. 2024-01-26wifi: cfg80211: add RNR with reporting AP informationBenjamin Berg
If the reporting AP is part of the same MLD, then an entry in the RNR is required in order to discover it again from the BSS generated from the per-STA profile in the Multi-Link Probe Response. We need this because we do not have a direct concept of an MLD AP and just do the lookup from one to the other on the fly if needed. As such, we need to ensure that this lookup will work both ways.
