Set struct fb_ops and with FB_DEFAULT_IOMEM_OPS, fbdev's initializer
for I/O memory. Sets the callbacks to the cfb_ and fb_io_ functions.
Select the correct modules with Kconfig's FB_IOMEM_HELPERS token.
The macro and token set the currently selected values, so there is
no functional change.

Use fb_info() to print status message at the end of the probe function,
which avoids decoding the devices. fb_info() works with or without an
fbdev kernel device. Fixes the following error:

Deferred-I/O generator macros generate callbacks for struct fb_ops
that operate on memory ranges in I/O address space or system address
space. Rename the macros to use the _IOMEM_ and _SYSMEM_ infixes of
their underlying helpers. Adapt all users. No functional changes.

struct pwm_device::pwm is a write-only variable in the pwm core and used
nowhere apart from this and another dev_dbg. So it isn't useful to
identify the used PWM. Emit the PWM's label instead in the debug
message.

Replacing zero-length arrays with C99 flexible-array members
because they are deprecated. Use the new DECLARE_FLEX_ARRAY()
auxiliary macro instead of defining a zero-length array.
This fixes warnings such as:

Add initializer macros for struct fb_ops for framebuffers in DMA-able
memory areas. Also add a corresponding Kconfig token. As of now, this
is equivalent to system framebuffers and mostly useful for labeling
drivers correctly.
A later patch may add a generic DMA-specific mmap operation. Linux
offers a number of dma_mmap_*() helpers for different use cases.

Currently the CONFIG_FB option has to be enabled even if no legacy fbdev
drivers are needed (e.g: only to have support for framebuffer consoles).
The DRM subsystem has a fbdev emulation layer, but depends on CONFIG_FB
and so it can only be enabled if that dependency is enabled as well.
That means fbdev drivers have to be explicitly disabled if users want to
enable CONFIG_FB, only to use fbcon and/or the DRM fbdev emulation layer.
This patch introduces a non-visible CONFIG_FB_CORE symbol that could be
enabled just to have core support needed for CONFIG_DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION,
allowing CONFIG_FB to be disabled (and automatically disabling all the
fbdev drivers).
Nothing from fb_backlight.o and fbmon.o is used by the DRM fbdev emulation
layer so these two objects can be compiled out when CONFIG_FB is disabled.

The drivers/video/fbdev/Kconfig defines both symbols for fbdev drivers and
core fbdev symbols, that can be enabled independently of the fbdev drivers.
Split the Kconfig in two, one that only has the symbols for fbdev drivers
and another one that contains the fbdev core symbols.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

This func misses checking for platform_get_irq()'s call and may passes the
negative error codes to request_irq(), which takes unsigned IRQ #,
causing it to fail with -EINVAL, overriding an original error code.
Fix this by stop calling request_irq() with invalid IRQ #s.

Don't populate the const read-only arrays on the stack but instead
make them static const. Use smaller types to use less storage for

SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS is deprecated, replace it with DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS
and use pm_sleep_ptr for setting the driver's pm routines. We can now
remove the __maybe_unused qualifier in the suspend and resume functions.

Warn about invalid var->left_margin or var->right_margin. Their values
are read from the device tree.
We store var->left_margin-3 and var->right_margin-1 in register
fields. These fields should be >= 0.

Use the existing generator macros to create deferred-I/O helpers
for xen-fbfront and set them in the fb_ops structure. Functions
for damage handling on memory ranges and areas are provided by
the driver.
Xen-fbfront's implementation of fb_write writes to system memory,
so the generated code can use the respective helper internally.

The Kconfig token FB_SYS_HELPERS_DEFERRED selects everything that

it from FB_HECUBA.
Deferred I/O helpers were previously selected by n411, which builds
upon hecubafb. Remove these select statements in favor of the new one.
N411 does not implement any framebuffer I/O by itself.

Sm712fb's dependency on <linux/screen_info.h> is artificial in that
it only uses struct screen_info for its internals. Replace the use of
struct screen_info with a custom data structure and remove the include
of <linux/screen_info.h>.
