Tasklet irq_rx_tasklet is scheduled when hw is receiving frames. Function
_rtl92e_irq_rx_tasklet() is then called which calls then
_rtl92e_rx_normal(). In _rtl92e_rx_normal() all frames are processed by
rtllib_rx(). When ieee->iw_mode is IW_MODE_MASTER the function returns
0. The calling function then calls: dev_kfree_skb_any() which clears the
skb. So the driver clears all packets received in this mode. Remove dead
code in mode IW_MODE_MASTER.

In probe function, request_firmware_nowait() is called to load firmware
asynchronously. At completion of firmware loading, register_netdev() is
called. However, a mutex needed by netdev is initialized after the call
to request_firmware_nowait(). Consequently, it can happen that
register_netdev() is called before the driver is ready.
Move the mutex initialization into r8712_init_drv_sw(), which is called
before request_firmware_nowait().

Since platform_get_irq() never returned zero, so it need not to check
whether it returned zero, and we use the return error code of
platform_get_irq() to replace the current return error code, for that
platform_get_irq() may return -EINVAL or -ENXIO.

recv_data either returns the number of received bytes, or a negative value
representing an error code. Adding the return value directly to the total
number of received bytes therefore looks a little weird, since it might add
a negative error code to a sum of bytes.
The following check for size < expected usually makes the function return
ETIME in that case, so it does not cause too many problems in practice. But
to make the code look cleaner and because the caller might still be
interested in the original error code, explicitly check for the presence of
an error code and pass that through.

After commit b8a1a4cd5a98 ("i2c: Provide a temporary .probe_new()
call-back type"), all drivers being converted to .probe_new() and then
03c835f498b5 ("i2c: Switch .probe() to not take an id parameter")
convert back to (the new) .probe() to be able to eventually drop
.probe_new() from struct i2c_driver.

According to the ARM IORT specifications DEN 0049 issue E,
the "Number of IDs" field in the ID mapping format reports
the number of IDs in the mapping range minus one.
In iort_node_get_rmr_info(), we erroneously skip ID mappings
whose "Number of IDs" equal to 0, resulting in valid mapping
nodes with a single ID to map being skipped, which is wrong.
Fix iort_node_get_rmr_info() by removing the bogus id_count
check.
