+CHALLENGE is used in the RSA controlled
+oper {} system.  CHALLENGE requires you to
+issue the command using the nickname in the
+operator block, while matching the username
+and hostname specified.  The server will

+a valid RSA response back to the server,
+proceeded with a '+' symbol.
