kexec-tools: x86_64 append command line options
o Modifying the command line agruments to append memmap= and elfcore=
options for the capture kernel.
o Introducing get_crash_memory_ranges to traverse through /proc/iomem
which will be useful when perparing elf-headers as we have to prepare
elf headers for each chunck.
