Merge branch 'akpm' (patches from Andrew)
Merge misc fixes from Andrew Morton:
- "fork: unconditionally clear stack on fork" is a non-bugfix which got
lost during the merge window - performance concerns appear to have
been adequately addressed.
- and a bunch of fixes
