workqueue: add printf attribute to __alloc_workqueue()
Fix a compiler warning with W=1:
kernel/workqueue.c: error:
function ‘__alloc_workqueue’ might be a candidate for ‘gnu_printf’
format attribute[-Werror=suggest-attribute=format]
