Pull USB / Thunderbolt fixes from Greg KH:
"Here are some small remaining fixes for USB and Thunderbolt drivers.
Included in here are fixes for:

- usb-storage divide-by-0 fix
- ncm gadget driver fix
All of these have been in linux-next with no reported issues"
