Some irqchip functions are only for internal use by irqchip drivers, so
move their prototypes from asm/irq.h to drivers/irqchip/irq-loongson.h.
All related driver files include the new irq-loongson.h.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

HTVECINTC stands for "HyperTransport Interrupts" that described in
Section 14.3 of "Loongson 3A5000 Processor Reference Manual". For more
information please refer Documentation/loongarch/irq-chip-model.rst.
Though the extended model is the recommended one, there are still some
legacy model machines. So we add ACPI init support for HTVECINTC.

Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either
generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or
generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to
generic_handle_domain_irq().

In htvec_reset() only the first group of initial interrupts is cleared.
This sometimes causes spurious interrupts, so let's clear all groups.
While at it, fix the nearby comment that to match the reality of what
the driver does.

The original version can only used by old Loongson-3 which only use 4
groups of HT vectors. Now Loongson-3A R4 can use 8 groups, so improve
the driver to support all 8 groups.

In the function htvec_of_init(), system resource "parent_irq"
was not released in an error case. Thus add a jump target for
the completion of the desired exception handling.
