mlxsw_tx_info structure is used to store information that is needed to
process Tx completions when Tx time stamps are requested. A next patch
will move Tx header handling from spectrum.c to pci.c. For that, some
additional fields which are related to Tx should be passed to pci driver.
As preparation, create an extended structure, called mlxsw_txhdr_info,
and store mlxsw_tx_info inside. The new fields should not be added to
mlxsw_tx_info structure as it is stored in the SKB control block which is
of limited size.
The next patch will extend the new structure with some fields which are
needed in order to construct Tx header.

Maximum size of buffer is obtained from underlying I2C adapter and in
case adapter allows I2C transaction buffer size greater than 100 bytes,
transaction will fail due to firmware limitation.
As a result driver will fail initialization.
Limit the maximum size of transaction buffer by 100 bytes to fit to
firmware.
Remove unnecessary calculation:
max_t(u16, MLXSW_I2C_BLK_DEF, quirk_size).
This condition can not happened.

The driver reads commands output from the output mailbox. If the size
of the output mailbox is not a multiple of the transaction /
block size, then the driver will not issue enough read transactions
to read the entire output, which can result in driver initialization
errors.
Fix by determining the number of transactions using DIV_ROUND_UP().

Pull i2c updates from Wolfram Sang:
- 'remove' callback converted to return void. Big change with trivial
fixes all over the tree. Other subsystems depending on this change
have been asked to pull an immutable topic branch for this.
- new driver for Microchip PCI1xxxx switch
- heavy refactoring of the Mellanox BlueField driver
- we prefer async probe in the i801 driver now
- the rest is usual driver updates (support for more SoCs, some
refactoring, some feature additions)

The value returned by an i2c driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

Current implementation uses fixed size of I2C data transaction buffer.
Allow to set size of I2C transactions according to I2C physical adapter
capability. For that purpose adapter read and write size is obtained
from the I2C physical adapter and buffer size is set according to the
minimum of these two values. If adapter does not provide such info,
default buffer size is to be used.
It allows to improve performance of I2C access to silicon when long
size transactions are used.

capability
Add low frequency bus capability in order to allow core functionality
separation based on bus type. Driver could run over PCIe, which is
considered as high frequency bus or I2C, which is considered as low
frequency bus. In the last case time setting, for example, for thermal
polling interval, should be increased.
Use different thermal monitoring based on bus type. For I2C bus time is
set to 20 seconds, while for PCIe 1 second polling interval is used.
