riscv: dts: sophgo: Enable SPI NOR node for PioneerBox
Enable SPI NOR node for PioneerBox device tree
According to PioneerBox schematic, SPI-NOR Flash cannot support QSPI
due to hardware design. Thus spi-(tx|rx)-bus-width must be set to 1.
