Pull networking fixes from Jakub Kicinski:
 "Including fixes from netfilter, wireless and bluetooth.

  Kalle Valo steps down after serving as the WiFi driver maintainer for
  over a decade.

   - Bluetooth: L2CAP: fix corrupted list in hci_chan_del

   - wifi: brcmfmac: use random seed flag for BCM4355 and BCM4364
     firmware
