Xin Long says: ==================== net: add IFF_NO_ADDRCONF to prevent ipv6 addrconf This patchset adds IFF_NO_ADDRCONF flag for dev->priv_flags to prevent ipv6 addrconf, as Jiri Pirko's suggestion.
