Merge tag 'scsi-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jejb/scsi
Pull SCSI fixes from James Bottomley:
"The single core change is an obvious bug fix (and falls within the LF
guidelines for patches from sanctioned entities). The other driver
changes are a bit larger but likewise pretty obvious"
