Pull orphan section fixes from Kees Cook:
"A couple corner cases were found from the link-time orphan section
handling series:
- arm: handle .ARM.exidx and .ARM.extab sections (Nathan Chancellor)
- x86: collect .ctors.* with .ctors (Kees Cook)"
