staging: rtl8723bs: remove unnecessary braces for single statement blocks
Remove all unnecessary braces for single-statement blocks in
`os_dep/recv_linux.c` to conform to code style rules.
Warnings reported by checkpatch.pl:
* WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for single statement blocks
* WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for any arm of this statement
