mfd: tqmx86: Add board definitions for TQMxCU1-HPCM and TQMxCU2-HPCM
This adds support for 2 new TQMx86 COMs:
- TQMxCU1-HPCM (COM-HPC Mini Module with Intel Core Ultra Processors [1])
- TQMxCU2-HPCM (in development)
