dt-bindings: mtd: physmap: add 'clocks' and 'power-domains'
Physmap supports minimal PM since commit 0bc448b49e8a017e ("mtd: maps:
physmap: Add minimal Runtime PM support"), so support it also when used
in DT configurations.
