kunit: configs: Enable CONFIG_INIT_STACK_ALL_PATTERN in all_tests
Enable CONFIG_INIT_STACK_ALL_PATTERN in all_tests.config. This helps
to detect use of uninitialized local variables.
This option found an uninitialized data bug in the cs_dsp test.
