Some kernelversion tags are missing colons. Add them to comply with
ABI description and produce right results when converted to html/pdf.

There are some ABI documents that, while they don't generate
any warnings, they have issues when parsed by get_abi.pl script
on its output result.
Address them, in order to provide a clean output.

orphan documents elsehwere that belong to the driver-API book.
Move them to their right place.

Document the rfkill sysfs ABI
This moves sysfs ABI info from Documentation/rfkill.txt to the
ABI subfolder and reformats it.
This also schedules the deprecated sysfs parts to be removed in
2012 (claim file) and 2014 (state file).
