2025-02-12loongarch: dts: remove non-existent DAC from 2k1000-refConor Dooley
The 2k1000 reference boards do not have a Rohm DAC on them as far as I can tell, and they certainly do not have a dh2228fv, as this device does not actually exist! Remove the dac nodes from the devicetrees as it is not acceptable to pretend to have a device on a board in order to bind the spidev driver in Linux. The module is supported, adding it. Not all Loongson-2K1000 boards have an i2s interface, here is an example of enabling it: sound { compatible = "loongson,ls-audio-card"; model = "Loongson-ASoC"; mclk-fs = <512>; cpu { sound-dai = <&i2s>; }; codec { sound-dai = <&es8323>; }; }; &i2c1 { status = "okay"; #address-cells = <1>; #size-cells = <0>; es8323:es8323@10 { compatible = "everest,es8323"; reg = <0x10>; #sound-dai-cells = <0>; }; }; &i2s { status = "okay"; clock-frequency = <175000000>; #sound-dai-cells = <0>; }; Signed-off-by: Binbin Zhou <zhoubinbin@loongson.cn> Signed-off-by: Huacai Chen <chenhuacai@loongson.cn>

2024-06-03LoongArch: Fix GMAC's phy-mode definitions in dtsHuacai Chen
The GMAC of Loongson chips cannot insert the correct 1.5-2ns delay. So we need the PHY to insert internal delays for both transmit and receive data lines from/to the PHY device. Fix this by changing the "phy-mode" from "rgmii" to "rgmii-id" in dts. Signed-off-by: Huacai Chen <chenhuacai@loongson.cn>
2024-05-14LoongArch: dts: Add new supported device nodes to Loongson-2K2000Binbin Zhou

Things like clock controllers or architectural interrupt controllers, no one would disable them because otherwise they would have no usable system. So we just "enabled" them by default. 2024-01-17LoongArch: Allow device trees be built into the kernelBinbin Zhou
During the upstream progress of those DT-based drivers, DT properties are changed a lot so very different from those in existing bootloaders. It is inevitably that some existing systems do not provide a standard, canonical device tree to the kernel at boot time. So let's provide a device tree table in the kernel, keyed by the dts filename, containing the relevant DTBs. We can use the built-in dts files as references. Each SoC has only one built-in dts file which describes all possible device information of that SoC, so the dts files are good examples during development. And as a reference, our built-in dts file only enables the most basic bootable combinations (so it is generic enough), acts as an alternative in case the dts in the bootloader is unexpected.
