When this test fails, /proc/net/nf_conntrack gets only 1 entry:

When it works, it gets 2 entries:
ipv4 2 tcp 6 119 SYN_SENT src=10.0.0.10 dst=10.0.0.20 sport=5000 dport=10 [UNREPLIED] src=20.0.0.1 dst=10.0.0.10 sport=10 dport=58203 mark=0 secctx=system_u:object_r:unlabeled_t:s0 zone=0 use=2

the patch that fixed an endless loop in_fq_pie_init() was not considering
that 65535 is a valid class id. The correct bugfix for this infinite loop
is to change 'idx' to become an u32, like Colin proposed in the past [1].
Fix this as follows:
- restore 65536 as maximum possible values of 'flows_cnt'
- use u32 'idx' when iterating on 'q->flows'
- fix the TDC selftest
This reverts commit bb2f930d6dd708469a587dc9ed1efe1ef969c0bf.

xdp_umem.c had overlapping changes between the 64-bit math fix
for the calculation of npgs and the removal of the zerocopy
memory type which got rid of the chunk_size_nohdr member.
The mlx5 Kconfig conflict is a case where we just take the
net-next copy of the Kconfig entry dependency as it takes on
the ESWITCH dependency by one level of indirection which is
what the 'net' conflicting change is trying to ensure.

classifier:
- Test that verifies that terse dump works.
- Test that verifies that terse dump doesn't print filter key.

Flower tests used to create ingress filter with specified parent qdisc
"parent ffff:" but dump them on "ingress". With recent commit that fixed
tcm_parent handling in dump those are not considered same parent anymore,
which causes iproute2 tc to emit additional "parent ffff:" in first line of
filter dump output. The change in output causes filter match in tests to
fail.
Prevent parent qdisc output when dumping filters in flower tests by always
correctly specifying "ingress" parent both when creating and dumping
filters.

the following command currently fails:
[root@fedora tc-testing]# ./tdc.py -l
The following test case IDs are not unique:
{'6f5e'}
Please correct them before continuing.
this happens because there are two tests having the same id:
[root@fedora tc-testing]# grep -r 6f5e tc-tests/*
tc-tests/actions/pedit.json: "id": "6f5e",
tc-tests/filters/basic.json: "id": "6f5e",
fix it replacing the latest duplicate id with a brand new one:
[root@fedora tc-testing]# sed -i 's/6f5e//1' tc-tests/filters/basic.json
[root@fedora tc-testing]# ./tdc.py -i
