CHGHOST [nickname] <hostname>

The CHGHOST command takes two arguments. The first argument is optional and
can be the nickname of a user you wish to change the host of. If no
argument for the nickname is supplied, then it will change your host instead.
The second argument is the hostname you wish to use.
