CHGIDENT [nickname] <ident>
The CHGIDENT command takes two arguments. The first argument is optional and
can be the nickname of a user you wish to alter the ident of. If no
argument for the nickname is supplied it will change your ident instead.
The second argument is the ident you wish to use.
