CHGNAME [nickname] <realname>

The CHGNAME command takes two arguments. The first argument is optional and
can be the nickname of a user you wish to alter the gecos of. If no 
argument for the nickname is supplied it will change your gecos instead. 
The second argument is the gecos you wish to use.
