Create the new module rtl8192d-common and move some code into it from
rtl8192de. Now the rtl8192de driver (PCI) and the new rtl8192du driver
(USB) can share some of the code.
This is mostly the code that required little effort to make it
shareable. There are a few more functions which they could share, with
more changes.
Add phy_iq_calibrate member to struct rtl_hal_ops to allow moving the
TX power tracking code from dm.c.
The other changes in this patch are adjusting whitespace, renaming some
functions, making some arrays const, and making checkpatch.pl less
unhappy.
rtl8192de is compile-tested only. rtl8192d-common is tested with the
new rtl8192du driver.

Since '!(0x5ea42b & 0xffff0000)' is always false, remove unreachable
block in 'rtl92d_dm_check_edca_turbo()' and convert EDCA limits to
constant variables. Compile tested only.

ofdm_index[] is used to indicate how many power compensation is needed to
current thermal value. For internal PA module or 2.4G band, the min_index
is different from other cases.
This issue originally is reported by Dan. He found the size of ofdm_index[]
is 2, but access index 'i' may be equal to 2 if 'rf' is 2 in case of
'is2t'.
In fact, the chunk of code is added to wrong place, so move it back to
proper place, and then power compensation and buffer overflow are fixed.

Change the misleading macro name to one that is more descriptive for

The cckswing tables cckswing_table_ch1ch13 and cckswing_table_ch14 are
u8 array in little-endian order. To compare four u8 value with register
u32 value, cast the value to cpu order.

ofdm_index_old[] is the index of ofdmswing_table[], and used to indicate
initial value of ROFDM0_X{A,B}TXIQIMBALANCE in rtl8192de_phy_reg_2tarray[]
table, and the initial value is corresponding to calibration thermal value
written in efuse, namely rtlefuse->eeprom_thermalmeter. Then, local
variable ofdm_index_old[] save to rtlpriv->dm.ofdm_index[] for operational
use.
If thermal value (temperature) is increasing, output TX power is lower.
So, we calculate the delta between current and calibration thermal value,
then add power to yield expected and the same output TX power.
Thus, ofdm_index[] should be initialized as rtlpriv->dm.ofdm_index[], and
shift to proper index depends on delta of thermal value. Then, new power
value ofdmswing_table[ofdm_index[]] is written to register.

This commit doesn't change logic at all. Since indentation is lower, the
wrapped statements can be put in single line that will become more
readable.

If a macro is in CamelCase, it it converted to upper case. Variables
and routine names are converted to lower case.
The following checkpatch exceptions are also fixed:
CHECK: No space is necessary after a cast
#211: FILE: drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi/rtl8192de/hw.c:109:
+ (u8 *) (&rfstate));
CHECK: No space is necessary after a cast
#241: FILE: drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi/rtl8192de/hw.c:277:
+ ptmp_byte = (u8 *) (®toset) + index;
Note that not all checkpatch exceptions are addressed. Those will be
handled in later patches.

Now that a new mac80211-based driver for Realtek devices has been submitted,
it is time to reorganize the directories. Rather than having directories
rtlwifi and rtl818x be in drivers/net/wireless/, they will now be in
drivers/net/wireless/realtek/. This change simplifies the directory
structure, but does not result in any configuration changes that are
visable to the user.
