	Clean up the existing export namespace code along the same lines of commit 33def8498fdd ("treewide: Convert macro and uses of __section(foo) to __section("foo")") and for the same reason, it is not desired for the namespace argument to be a macro expansion itself. 	Since each I2C/SPI probe function can modify sc16is7xx_regcfg at the same time, change structure to be constant and do the required modifications on a local copy. 2024-04-11	serial: sc16is7xx: split into core and I2C/SPI parts (core)	Hugo Villeneuve
	Split the common code from sc16is7xx driver and move the I2C and SPI bus parts into interface-specific source files. sc16is7xx becomes the core functions which can support multiple bus interfaces like I2C and SPI. No functional changes intended.
