2025-02-08 | lib/crc64-rocksoft: stop wrapping the crypto API | Eric Biggers
Following what was done for the CRC32 and CRC-T10DIF library functions, get rid of the pointless use of the crypto API and make crc64_rocksoft_update() call into the library directly. This is faster and simpler. Remove crc64_rocksoft() (the version of the function that did not take a 'crc' argument) since it is unused. 2022-03-07 | crypto: add rocksoft 64b crc guard tag framework | Keith Busch
Hardware specific features may be able to calculate a crc64, so provide a framework for drivers to register their implementation. If nothing is registered, fallback to the generic table lookup implementation. The implementation is modeled after the crct10dif equivalent.
